Sharm Vacations (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a tour operator based in Sharm El Sheikh, South Sinai, Egypt, offering excursions, day trips and activities across the Red Sea and Sinai region. In these Terms, “you” and “your” mean the person making the booking and everyone included in it.

You can request a booking through our website, by WhatsApp, or by email. A request is treated as an inquiry until we confirm it. Once we reply to confirm your excursion, date and price, a contract is formed between you and us on these Terms.
Please check your confirmation carefully and tell us straight away if any detail is wrong. You are responsible for giving us accurate information, including your name, hotel, contact number and the number of travellers.
Prices are shown per person in British Pounds (GBP) unless stated otherwise, and cover only what is listed under “What’s included” for each excursion. Optional extras, personal spending, tips and anything listed under “Not included” are payable separately.
We do not currently take card payments online. Payment is arranged directly with us — usually to your guide or representative on the day of the excursion, or as otherwise agreed in your booking confirmation. Prices may change until your booking is confirmed; once confirmed, the agreed price will not change.
Most excursions include hotel pick-up and drop-off within the Sharm El Sheikh area. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at the agreed time. Pick-up times are approximate and may vary with traffic and other guests’ locations. If you cannot be reached at pick-up, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
If you need to change the date or details of a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Changes made at short notice may not always be possible.
Cancellations are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Some excursions involve activities such as snorkelling, diving, boat trips, quad biking, camel riding and mountain hiking. You take part in these activities at your own risk and must follow the instructions of your guide and crew at all times.
You must tell us before booking about any medical condition, disability, pregnancy or mobility issue that may affect participation or safety. Some activities may not be suitable for young children, pregnant women, or people with certain health conditions, and we may decline participation on reasonable safety grounds.
We want everyone to enjoy their day. We may refuse or end participation, without refund, if a traveller behaves dangerously, unlawfully, or in a way that spoils the experience for others or puts anyone at risk. Please respect wildlife, coral reefs, protected areas and local customs.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required Egyptian visa or entry permit, and any documents needed for your excursion. Day trips to other cities or countries may have additional entry requirements. We strongly recommend that every traveller holds comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering the activities they book.
We take reasonable care to provide excursions as described. Some elements are delivered by trusted local suppliers, such as boat crews, dive centres and transport providers. We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, delay or disappointment caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, sea conditions, road conditions, mechanical breakdown, acts of authorities, illness, or other force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We may take photos or videos during excursions for promotional use. If you would prefer not to appear in our marketing, simply let your guide know and we will respect your wishes.
If you are unhappy with any part of your excursion, please tell your guide or contact us immediately so we have the chance to put things right on the day. If a concern remains afterwards, contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will respond promptly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of South Sinai, Egypt, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your home country provide otherwise.
