Absolutely fantastic! We did four trips with Mo - Tiran Island snorkelling, swimming with dolphins, the glass-bottom boat and camel rides. He is the best: really cheap and a great guy who can't do enough for you.

We booked a stargazing trip with Mo - half the price the reps wanted, and it was brilliant. We were well looked after. I'd use Mo again - he was lovely.

Just got back from a fabulous two weeks in Sharm. The highlight was a private snorkelling trip by speedboat - picked up from our hotel, a boat driver, a guide and a photographer who captured it all. Great snorkelling in a smaller group.

When you get to Sharm El Sheikh you'll be approached by lots of people trying to sell you excursions, and the level of service varies a lot. So why choose Sharm Vacations? No hassle - you book before you go and everything is arranged, including free personal transfers; competitive prices; flexibility - if you fall ill you can easily cancel or rearrange without cost; and a high level of customer service. Mahmoud and his multilingual team make sure you never feel disoriented or unsafe. I would highly recommend these guys and would certainly use them again.

Mo was a total professional. He came to our hotel, explained everything clearly and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. We booked all our trips with him and everything was exactly as promised - sometimes even better. Quad biking, scuba diving at Tiran Island, swimming with dolphins (absolutely amazing), the pyramids, and a two-day trip to Jerusalem and Petra. All affordable but really first class. My family and I had a great trip to Cairo. I texted Mahmoud from Sharm and we confirmed all the arrangements. Collected at 5am, and in Cairo we were met by our fantastic guide Lily, an Egyptologist - the Egyptian Museum, a Nile cruise to a buffet restaurant, then the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Far better value than our holiday company. We'll definitely be back.

After a pushy encounter with the company across the road, another guest gave us Mo's details and I'm so pleased they did. Mo came to meet us - friendly and polite, and we never felt pressured. A great price (much less than First Choice), and because we booked two trips he gave us a third free. We did the quad bikes and stargazing, both highly recommended. This is the company to book with in Sharm.

We stayed in Sharm for two weeks and Mo was on call the whole time - transfers as well as several trips: the glass-bottom boat (fantastic), stargazing and a camel ride (one of the most relaxing evenings we had), and two quad-biking trips, both great fun. Can't wait to return and we'll be using Mo again.

After a lot of research we booked with Sharm Vacations and are both glad we did. Mahmoud is a genuine, decent guy who goes out of his way to make sure everything is in order, and arranges airport transfers at no extra cost - our flight was late but he was still waiting patiently outside. When we got upset stomachs he happily rearranged a trip. Luxor by Plane was my favourite day - the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the Colossi of Memnon and Karnak Temple. We also loved Petra by Boat, desert stargazing and quad biking at sunset.

We wanted to visit the Valley of the Kings and were fed up with agents charging a fortune. Sharm Vacations did the ideal package for two adults and two children. I was so confident I paid upfront by bank transfer before leaving the UK - and I wasn't mistaken. A quick text on arrival and we were picked up on time. The whole day was excellent and well worth the money. Thank you Mahmoud.

I'd like to thank Mahmoud for organising such a fabulous day in Luxor - very competitively priced, with no drop in service. Picked up at 5am and flown to Luxor, where our knowledgeable guide met us: the Colossi of Memnon, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the Valley of the Kings, lunch overlooking the Nile, and Karnak Temple. We added an optional boat trip to Banana Island - a perfect way to relax at the end of an intense day. As regular visitors we'll definitely use them again.

We contacted Sharm Vacations about a day trip to Petra. They offered the lowest price and arranged it in a matter of hours. A long day (picked up at 2:30am, back at 11pm) but worth every minute. Everything went to schedule, the buses and boat were top-notch, and the guide in Jordan was excellent. Thanks for a great trip!

My four friends and I wanted to tour Egypt and Jordan independently on a tight schedule, so we joined Sharm Vacations' Petra by Boat day trip. We asked not to return to Egypt afterwards, so our border crossing was different - I expected delays, but thanks to the agency everything went quickly and smoothly. Thanks to Mahmoud, who was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

We'd pre-booked a Jerusalem and Petra trip. Our hotel rep warned us off, but we booked three more trips anyway - each thoroughly enjoyable and extremely well organised. On the two-day trip our return coach left without us; a couple of calls to Mahmoud and he sorted it and made sure we got back safely. His prices were exceptional. We'd have no hesitation using him again.

We booked a trip to Jerusalem - friendly and professional from the first contact. A good price with the option of an English guide in Jerusalem and Bethlehem (a must). A lovely touch: Mahmoud arranged a free airport pick-up just because we'd booked a trip later in the holiday. Thanks to Adam for collecting us.

This is more of a thank you than a review. We arrived to find all the banks shut over a holiday and were nearly out of money. I asked Mahmoud where we could change money - without hesitation he told me to jump in his car, locked up his shop and drove me to a working cash machine. If he'll go out of his way like that for a former customer, I'm sure he'll do everything for existing ones. Many thanks, Mahmoud.

I contacted Mahmoud from the UK by email, and when we arrived he came to our hotel - very accommodating, with the cheapest and fairest prices. We booked seven excursions; well organised and the driver was always on time. An excellent service. Next time we visit Sharm we'll definitely use Sharm Vacations.

We went on a Jeep Safari and would like to thank Mahmoud for organising it. Well organised, an excellent guide, and extremely good value for a full day - St Katherine's Monastery, the Coloured Canyon, and a meal at a beachfront restaurant in Dahab. A great day out with a difference that we all thoroughly enjoyed.

Used Sharm Vacations for my trips - run by Mahmoud, helped by Adam, both gentlemen. For me the real test is what happens when things go wrong. On my Petra trip there was a mix-up at the ferry and I was sent back; Mahmoud was most apologetic, gave me 50% off, drove me (free) to a football match, and later gave me another trip for free. Their response was excellent. Overall a memorable holiday.

We used this company for three trips. Stargazing was a good night; the glass-bottom boat came with personal hotel pick-up and drop-off; and the best was the buggies across the desert. I'd have no hesitation using this company again or recommending them.
