We don’t take card payments online at the moment. Payment is arranged directly with us — usually to your guide or representative on the day, or as agreed in your confirmation. Prices are shown per person in British Pounds (GBP).
Yes — most excursions include hotel pick-up and drop-off within the Sharm El Sheikh area. Your confirmation will include the pick-up time; please be ready in your hotel lobby a little before then.
Yes. You can cancel most excursions free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
Your safety comes first. If a boat trip or water activity can’t run safely, we’ll reschedule it or give you a full refund.
Many are — and several offer reduced child prices with an age range shown on the excursion page. Some activities have age or health restrictions for safety, so just ask us and we’ll recommend the best options for your family.
It depends on the trip, but sun protection, swimwear, a towel, comfortable shoes and some cash for extras are a good start. See our Travel Information page for a full guide.

Yes. We work with experienced guides and trusted local operators, and follow local safety rules for every activity. Please always follow your guide’s instructions during the excursion.
Popular trips can fill up, especially in high season, so we recommend booking a few days ahead where you can. That said, we’ll always try to arrange last-minute trips too — just ask.
